General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

The company Easy Dressing offers for sale and sells fashion products on its website www.easy-dressing.fr.

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the conditions and procedures of the sale concluded between the company Easy Dressing and the consumer customer, as well as to inform said customer of all of their rights under the Consumer Code.

Article 1: Identity of the seller and the publisher of the website

Seller of the products and publisher of the website: the company Easy Dressing (hereinafter, the "Company").

Article 2: Application of the general terms and conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale (the "GTC") apply to any purchase of products or services made by a consumer, that is to say a natural person not acting for professional purposes (the "Customer"), on the Site.

 

In the event of a purchase made by a professional customer within the meaning of the Consumer Code, the contract of sale will be concluded under the same conditions, with the exception of the provisions relating to consumer law (in particular the right of withdrawal and recourse to the mediator).

 

By checking the box relating to acceptance of the GTC when placing an order or creating a customer account, the Customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted the GTC without reservation.

Article 3: Accessibility of the Site

The Site is made available "as is." The Company makes its best efforts to ensure that this Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for scheduled interruptions for maintenance or security. The Company cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from unavailability of the Site or network connection problems.

Article 4: Price

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included, on the basis of the VAT in force in France, excluding shipping costs. Any order delivered outside mainland France may be subject to local taxes or customs duties, which are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Article 5: Customer Account

The Customer may create an account to access their order history. It is their responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. By creating an account, the Customer warrants that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Article 6: Availability of the Products

The Products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after the order has been recorded, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose either an exchange or a refund within 14 days.

Article 7: Order

The order process follows the "double-click" rule:

  1. Adding to the cart and summary.

  2. Entering shipping and payment information.

  3. Final validation with obligation of payment.

Once the order has been placed, it can no longer be canceled or modified. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute or suspicion of fraud.

Article 8: Payment

The price is payable in full at the time of confirmation. Payment is made by credit card (via System Pay - Banque Populaire) or by PayPal.

Article 9: Delivery

  • Time frame: A maximum of 10 days following the order, unless otherwise stated.

  • Delays: In accordance with Article L216-2 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may terminate the sale in the event that the delivery time frame is exceeded and not remedied after formal notice.

  • Risks: The risk of loss is transferred to the Customer upon physical delivery of the parcel. In the event of a damaged parcel, the Customer must imperatively make reservations with the carrier.

Article 10: Withdrawal

The Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Notification: By email to contact@easy-dressing.fr.

  • Return: Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the Customer. The product must be new, with tags, unworn and unwashed.

  • Exceptions: In accordance with Article L221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (underwear, hair accessories, etc.).

Article 11: Legal warranties

The Company is liable for defects of conformity (Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Civil Code). The Customer benefits from a period of 2 years from delivery of the good to take action on the basis of the warranty of conformity.

Article 12: Retention of title

The Products remain the property of the Company until full payment of the price.

Article 13: Intellectual property

Use of the Site confers no right on the Customer over the trademarks, logos or content belonging to the Company.

Article 14: Applicable law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their performance will be submitted to the competent French courts.
