Article 1 — Company Information

The website easy-dressing.com is published and operated by Easy Dressing, a French limited liability company (Société à responsabilité limitée) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 938 875 630 R.C.S. Paris.

Article 2 — Scope and Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the sale of fashion products by Easy Dressing to customers purchasing through easy-dressing.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms in full.

These Terms apply exclusively to orders placed on easy-dressing.com and shipped to the United States.

Article 3 — Products

Easy Dressing offers women's fashion including dresses, tops, and accessories, available in sizes S to 4X depending on the style. Product descriptions, photos, and sizing guides are available on each product page.

Products are offered while stocks last. In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Easy Dressing will notify the customer promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

Article 4 — Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs are free for all US orders via DHL Express.

Easy Dressing reserves the right to update prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 5 — Ordering

Placing an order on easy-dressing.com follows these steps:

1. Select your items and add them to your cart.
2. Enter your shipping and payment information.
3. Review and confirm your order.

Once confirmed, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. Easy Dressing reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a suspected dispute or fraud.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time of order confirmation. Accepted payment methods include credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.

Article 7 — Shipping and Delivery

All US orders are shipped via DHL Express at no additional cost. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours and typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Easy Dressing ships from France. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. Easy Dressing is not liable for delays caused by DHL or customs authorities.

A tracking number will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.

Article 8 — Returns and Refunds

Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Items that are worn, washed, or returned without tags will not be eligible for a refund.

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (CET), and Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (CET).

Article 10 — Intellectual Property

All content on easy-dressing.com, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of Easy Dressing. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 — Privacy and Personal Data

Easy Dressing collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at easy-dressing.com/policies/privacy-policy. By placing an order, customers consent to the collection and use of their data for order processing, customer service, and marketing communications (if opted in).

Article 12 — Limitation of Liability

Easy Dressing's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. Easy Dressing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.

Article 13 — Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, Easy Dressing and the customer will endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. Customers may also contact Easy Dressing directly at contact@easy-dressing.fr.

Article 14 — Modifications

Easy Dressing reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the date the order is placed.
